Program Administration

Incentive Action has the facilities to provide all the management requirements of your incentive program and we have developed our systems appropriate to the task.

Our systems will allow for results to be received in either manual or electronic form. The majority of our programs today are managed in electronic format which means that all information (promotion, administration, sales reporting, award redemption, performance measurement) is processed through the internet via the program website. Alternatively, the program site can be hyper-linked to our clients' sites and all information can be accessed via their web pages thus retaining complete client identity with the program.

Participants are provided with monthly statements detailing current and progressive achievements.

Monthly reports are produced, providing Client Management with current and progressive performance statistics from each Sales Location.

As part of its administration fee, Incentive Action will also:

• Provide strident account service throughout the program
• Maintain the program database
• Conduct the communication campaign, ensuring that each element is produced and despatched as per the agreed schedule.
