Program Design
During the initial planning stages of an incentive program, Incentive Action acts as a consultant to the client, operating as an extension to the sales or marketing department.
We analyse previous performance results, gain an understanding of the client requirements, and form a comprehensive view of the activities which may need the support of a specifically designed incentive program.
Then, with the objectives of the client in mind, we identify the means by which we can best promote the program to the selected target audience. Whether it be a points program, target achievement by individuals or a group, or a non-sales related objective, we give the program an identity which will set it apart from any other sales or marketing promotion.
The ability to communicate the motivational message from the client to the target audience forms the backbone of any incentive program. Focused communication motivates performance by stimulating participation, providing direction and assuring continued interest.
