Managing Director
Anthony Gray
With 25 years in the events, incentive and travel industry, Anthony started his career in traditional corporate events including conferences and tradeshows before growing to specialise in experiential events and incentives, joining the Incentive Action team in 2012. His meticulous attention to detail and eagle eye focus are highly valued by both clients and his colleagues, ensuring every element of every program is thoughtfully considered.
One of Anthony’s favourite parts of the process is briefing his teams thoroughly, taking a deep breath, and then watching all the components come together seamlessly. A standout destination in his career was Cuba, where every element aligned to create an unforgettable experience for guests.
Outside of work, Anthony is a passionate reader — history, autobiographies, crime, thrillers. He’ll often finish two books in a week, all while juggling a busy work life and family. When he’s not reading or working, he loves unwinding in the pool with his kids for laughs and a cold beer occasionally makes an appearance too.

The highly celebrated outcomes reflected her client first approach and resulted in enduring industry partnerships.
Outside of work, Wendy enjoys big, loud live concerts, firmly believes pineapple belongs on pizza and unwinds from a hectic work day with a long walk by the ocean (ideally followed by a glass of Hunter Valley Semillon)

Bookkeeper
Bridgette Lumiere
Keeping a watchful eye on the accounts for Incentive Action, Bridgette is the Principal of Zeros2Heros, a boutique bookkeeping practice dedicated to supporting growing businesses through accurate, efficient and reliable financial management. With a genuine love of spreadsheets and a sharp eye for detail, she ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and seamlessly. Her expertise across all things accounts makes her an integral and trusted part of our team.
A country girl at heart with a passion for travel and a love for her 2 dogs, Bridgette brings the same steady capability to life outside of numbers. You never quite know when it might come in handy, but she does have experience wrestling crocodiles in Far North Queensland (yes, Steve Irwin style). When she’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find her riding motorbikes or playing baseball, proving she’s just as comfortable on the field as she is behind a spreadsheet.
